Equipment: We provide our own sound equipment.

Approximately an hour and a half prior to the service is needed for set-up of the equipment and sound check.

Availability: The Helmsmen are interested in setting a date and time to minister at your church or event.

Finances: If you are 200 miles or less from Sturgis, MI, we ask for $100 travel expenses plus a “love offering” taken during the service.  If you are over 200 miles from Sturgis, please contact us to discuss our financial arrangements (which will include lodging, meals, in addition to travel costs).  We can work with you if you have unusual circumstances and other arrangements need to be made for us to come to your church or event.  

The Bible does say that a “servant is worthy of his hire”. So we appreciate your honoring Christ’s command.

Misc: We also make CD’s of our music available as an extension of their ministry.
